Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking to join a well know establishment based in Derby?
Strong leadership and operational skills are essential for this role.
As a Warehouse Manager, you will coordinate warehouse and despatch teams to maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities include motivating and training staff, ensuring order accuracy, monitoring inventory, and implementing process improvements.
You will manage dispatch timelines, liaise with logistics partners, and track key performance metrics. Additionally, you will plan and manage staffing levels to handle increased order volumes during peak times which includes weekends.The Fulfilment Manager oversees the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and dispatch across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale.
You must have experience as either a Warehouse / Fulfilment Manager or a Warehouse Supervisor.Strong leadership and operational skills are essential for this role.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE.
This is a permanent position.
The working hours for this role are from Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 16:30 and 16:00 on a Friday.However, you may have to work one or two Saturdays in the busier periods of the year.
The starting salary for this role is £32,000, with the potential for negotiation based on relevant experience.Please bare in mind that we do not offer visa sponsorship.
