Business Support Officer (Temporary) - (Re-Advertisement) - GLA13028
Job Description
This post will reside with the Business Change team that are responsible for planning and implementing various projects directly and who also support project delivery across operational teams within Customer and Business Services. The team are currently supporting a number of automation projects and technical system upgrades.
You will provide support to the Project Manager and the Project Team in the coordination, planning and control of new and ongoing projects and provide technical input and assistance where required. Previous experience of providing Project Management Organisation (PMO) support to complex change programmes/projects would be advantageous.
The successful candidates should be able to work under pressure and will be proficient with Microsoft Office packages and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must also be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and have the ability to work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
