You’ll need…
Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health & Social CareGood understanding of working with individuals with a learning disability and autism
Commitment to providing quality care and support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times
A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work
Competent IT knowledge and computer skills
