The Role: As Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you'll be instrumental in maintaining our high standards while supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of both restaurant and bar operations
- Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently maintained
- Assist in staff training and development
- Manage reservations and guest relations
- Contribute to menu development and wine list curation
- Handle stock control and ordering
- Assist with rota management and staff scheduling
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining service excellence
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent wine and beverage knowledge
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred

Schedule:
- Full-time position
