Operations Director

Romford | Full-Time | Competitive Salary

We're on the lookout for a hands-on, forward-thinking Operations Director to lead the day-to-day running of a major retail and leisure destination. You'll be the go-to person for everything from facilities and safety to team leadership and guest experience.

What you'll do:

Lead and inspire a top-notch ops team
Oversee maintenance, security, cleaning & more
Drive innovation and high standards
Keep things safe, smooth, and guest-focused
Manage budgets and big projects

What you'll need:

Strong leadership and people skills
Experience in retail, leisure, or property ops
Solid H&S knowledge (IOSH or similar)
A passion for great service and smart solutions
