Responsibilities for this Property Solicitor role:
- Oversee a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including Right to Buy and Shared Ownership leases.
- Support on more complex commercial property transactions.
- Manage a small team and supervise paralegals, supporting their development.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to progress into a more senior management role.
Key competencies for this Property Solicitor role:
- Proven experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload, ideally including Right to Buy and Shared Ownership leases.
- Passionate about mentoring, teaching, and sharing knowledge.
- Proactive, client-focused, and thrives in a varied and challenging caseload.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive, client-focused team culture.
