Higher Level Teaching Assistant Part Time - Torquay
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Vision for Education. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the educational experience of our students.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of students.- Provide support to individual students or small groups, fostering their learning and development.- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.- Collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.- Contribute to the development of educational resources and materials.Qualifications and Experience:- Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent.- Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with children with special educational needs, is desirable.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.About Vision for EducationThe Edwin Group is a Top 10 UK-employer in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024.
