Project Manager
To help deliver our ambition, we are looking for highly adaptable project manager.
The Project Manager will be a change maker, responsible for delivering projects within the Sustainability team. They will have significant and varied project management experience, however experience in sustainability is not essential. This role will be the project lead to mandate a travel platform.This will improve data collection for our Scope 3 emissions and enable us to drive behaviour change to reduce carbon emissions from business travel through the development of carbon budgets. This role requires stakeholder engagement and inter-departmental collaboration across the entire organisation to deliver this change project effectively.
This role will be the project lead to mandate a travel platform. This will improve data collection for our Scope 3 emissions and central government reporting. It will also enable us to drive behaviour change to reduce carbon emissions from business travel through the development of carbon budgets.This role requires stakeholder engagement and inter-departmental collaboration across the entire organisation to deliver this business change project effectively. The role will manage a task and finish group, report progress via the Net zero governance and will involve stakeholder management at all levels.
The Project Manager will be flexible, adaptable and have the capability to support the delivery other projects within our sustainability/net zero programme. They will also support the overall programme management of the Net Zero Programme.
