The Role
We are experiencing record-breaking growth and are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic Trade team. You’ll play a key role in promoting our premium brands, Leisure Sinks and Rangemaster, focusing on sales of sinks & taps 80%, and appliances 20%.

Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with National Accounts, Merchants, Distributors, Buying Groups, and Housebuilders
- Develop and execute innovative sale strategies to deliver exceptional growth in your region
- Take ownership of processes such as forecasting, new product introduction, and pricing for customer accounts
- Drive promotional activities that align with the business objectives while maximising profitability
- Deliver outstanding customer service and identify key opportunities to boost sales
- Support the Head of Trade in managing key accounts and day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a highly motivated self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities. Ideally, you’ll bring:- Experience in the Trade channel, working with decision-makers across key sectors.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation and documentation skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach to managing product mixes and maximising profitability.
