Shift/pattern: 7pm-7am, 4 on and 4 off

We're looking for a Night Duty Manager to lead and inspire our concierge team at a prestigious and high-end apartment building in Vauxhall, consisting of over 200 apartments. This is your chance to be the key point of contact for our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll do as the chosen Night Duty Manager:

• Oversee daily operations of the Concierge Desk and public spaces.
• Manage and motivate a dedicated team to deliver top-notch service.
• Liaise between residents, the General Manager, and Facilities team to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
• Handle staff administration, including rotas, leave, and training.

What we're looking for:

• Ideally proven experience in a managerial/leadership role or willingness to step up into this.
• Proven experience working within luxury/high-end/prestigious environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Health & Safety knowledge and experience with relevant technology (e.g., CCTV, MS Office).
