Redriff is an inclusive and welcoming school where every child is seen as an individual and celebrated for who they are. Redriff prides itself on work with vulnerable children. The Boat House, a resource base for children with autism, provides exceptional support for those for whom inclusion into mainstream provision is not usually possible.These pupils make outstanding progress (in comparison to this group nationally). The school aims to educate the community on the potential of pupils with autism. The school has an accreditation from the National Autistic Society.

About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant/Teaching Assistant with the skills, experience and passion to work as part of a dynamic team who the dreams and aspirations of our children. We are looking for someone who has a passion, who are forward thinking and who love working with children.In return we will offer excellent opportunities for professional development. Redriff is growing and we intend to train the leaders of the future. A degree qualification will allow the right candidate to be supported to apply for our teacher training routes.
As a member of our staff you will be instrumental in laying the foundation of outstanding standards of education and creating a stimulating and purposeful environment where our children can make excellent progress.
