Autism Support Assistant – Camden

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with autism? We're looking for a caring and dedicated Autism Support Assistant to join the team at a vibrant school in Camden!

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Provide one-on-one support to students with autism, helping them thrive in a school environment
• Assist in implementing individual learning plans (IEPs) and sensory strategies
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere
• Foster social and communication skills through structured activities and play
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents

• Experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs (SEN)
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• A passion for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
