About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Ladywood. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting students with various interventions, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time position starting in October 2024.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Delivering interventions to groups of students.
- Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Would be suitable for ECTs looking to gain experience before ECT year.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are advantageous.
- Competitive weekly pay rate of £360 - £400 after deductions.
