Job Description
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on a range of ER issues.
  • Preparing and conducting meetings with management and staff.
  • Collaborating with the wider human resources team to deliver an effective service.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with data protection legislation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Part Time ER Advisor' should have:
