Receptionist/Administrator - Winchester

Salary: £24,000 FTE (Pro Rata)

Hours: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible for the right candidate)

Are you a friendly, proactive, and highly organised individual looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are thrilled to partner with a fantastic charity in central Winchester to find a Receptionist/Administrator who will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing efficient support to the team.

No two days will be the same in this varied and fulfilling position, where you'll be the heart of the office, welcoming visitors, managing communications, and coordinating key administrative tasks.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office, offering a warm, professional, and friendly welcome both in person and over the phone.
Provide essential administrative support across various departments.
Manage office email accounts and community calendars.
Organise and assist with social events and monthly bulletins.
Handle event and service bookings, including processing payments.
Design and create engaging newsletters for staff and residents.

Oversee incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Canva experience is a plus!

Highly organised, proactive, and a team player who thrives under pressure.
