There is an exciting opportunity to join one of our medical wards at County hospital. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic nurses to join our established ward team for the following area:
General Medicine – on our wards the nurses assist in managing patients presenting with a wide range of acute and long term medical conditions and symptoms. We treat a wide spectrum of medical disorders that present acutely to one of our hospital emergency departments and acute medical units and we refer on, for specialist opinion and care as appropriate.
We are also welcoming any student nurses due to qualify this year to apply. We offer a full preceptorship program and you will be given lots of support and training to consolidate your practice.

You will be able to demonstrate:
- excellent communication skills to manage a wide range of relationships with colleagues, and patients and their families
- emotional resilience, a calm temperament and the ability to work well under pressure
