Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience and Expertise: You have a solid background in enabling people to achieve their potential, with hands-on experience in designing and delivering impactful training solutions. You're comfortable working with various learning technologies and methodologies, guided by the 70/20/10 model.
  • Innovative Mindset: You bring fresh ideas and are always on the lookout for new ways to engage learners. You’re eager to explore cutting-edge approaches, staying ahead of industry trends to continuously enhance our L&D offerings.
  • Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key to driving the success of our L&D initiatives.
  • Results-Driven: You are passionate about achieving tangible outcomes and making a real impact. You have a strong focus on measuring success

About You:

Essential :

  • Proven experience in learning and development or instructional design.
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and training tools.
  • Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver training in both classroom and remote settings.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the health and social care sector
  • Experience of working in a mobile role
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the care industry
  • Familiarity with competency-based training programmes
