Our client is a well known international law firm with offices in Liverpool. They are looking for an Employment Paralegal to join their busy team.
Job Description
As an Employment Paralegal your duties will include managing your own busy tribunal case load from ACAS EC stage to completion. Tasks will include:
- Drafting risk assessments, compiling disclosure, drafting witness statements, and preparing for final hearing.
- Maintaining regular communication with client, providing updates and advice as needed.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on various employment matters.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and advise clients accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Employment Paralegal should have proven experience in representing Respondents in employment tribunal litigation. Extensive tribunal experience is essential.
