Main Responsibilities
  • Track project progress and financial data
  • Prepare and analyse reports for stakeholders
  • Assist with resource management and tender preparation
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and audit-ready
  • Conduct supplier compliance checks and maintain approved lists
  • Support security checks, contractor coordination, and access management (regional travel required)
  • Organise and minute meetings across the East Region
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and manage invoicing
  • Drive continuous improvement in processesThe Ideal Candidate
  • Strong financial and operational tracking skills
  • Administrative or project support experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Working knowledge of project management
  • Knowledge of CDM and workload scheduling
  • Working towards a Level 4 qualification (NVQ/HNC/APM) or equivalent
  • Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence as this role will require some travel
