Sales Content Assistant

As digital transformation continues to shape our industry, your role will be crucial in delivering information quickly and effectively to our clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Update and maintain existing product information through an external content platform, aiming to get all SKUs to at least 75% completion.
- Research new solutions and associated information to enhance product offerings.
- Update our product selector with compatibility information to assist customer selections.
- Manage the flow of information required from other departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Create new parts in the system based on inputs from the Sales Department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various departments.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.
