Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support the team with diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle internal and external communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and organising team events.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths.
