The business has significant sites across the UK and therefore this role can be based anywhere across the UK.However the Head Office function is in Leeds.
Job Description
As the Technical Engineer your duties will include, however will not be limited to:
- Liaising and working closely with third party suppliers to ensure all work is within the SLA.
- Supporting engineers and customers with complex issues.
- Analysing product faults and looking at root causes.
- Conducting regular product tests to ensure optimal performance.
- Offering suggestions for product enhancements and improvements.
- Documenting all technical procedures and user guides.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Technical Engineer should have:
- Worked in a field based role within White Goods repair previously.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing faults in white goods appliances.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Some working from home as diary dictates.
