Job title: Concierge

• Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households.

• Salary up to £25,166, for 40.25 hours per week,

• This is a key operational post contributing to the management and development of Adullam services in Birmingham.
• Ensure that the concierge team provide a proactive point of contact for service users who may require support in an emergency or crisis situation.
• Ensure that a good standard of professional service is given and will be required to work within the Association’s Policies and Procedures.
