The successful Shopper Marketing Manager/ Consultant should;- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies for the FMCG industry.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver shopper-centric marketing plans.
- Manage marketing agency relationships to ensure effective and efficient execution of plans.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive brand preference.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on shopper behaviour and market trends.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to deliver optimal return on investment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Shopper Marketing Manager/ Consultant should have:
- Prior experience in a shopper/trade marketing role within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in developing and executing shopper marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer behaviour.
- Experience managing marketing agency relationships.
