You’ll play a key role in supporting apprentices in the Construction department on their journey to success, ensuring they meet their goals and thrive in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to apprentices, helping them reach their goals on time.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with employers to ensure seamless training and assessment—and secure repeat business.
- Conduct regular learning reviews with apprentices and employers at their workplace to ensure continuous progress is being made.
- Assist in onboarding new students through the interview process and induction sessions.
- Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to support apprentices’ overall learning and development.
Requirements:
- Experience in apprenticeship delivery is desirable, but full training is provided to exceptional candidates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with both apprentices and employers.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A commitment to providing outstanding training and support to apprentices.
- Regular travel to organisations around Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties is required, so a full, clean driving licence and access to own transport is essential.
