Are you a passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and make a real impact? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our friendly team on a maternity cover basis at our supportive primary school in Darlington.

What You’ll Do:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 students, following the KS1 curriculum.
- Support the personal and academic development of your pupils.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and the leadership team to provide a high-quality learning experience.
- Use assessment and feedback to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel safe, respected, and motivated.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, and ECT status.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing an outstanding learning experience for young learners.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
- Enthusiasm for professional development and a desire to continue learning and growing as an educator.
- A positive, proactive approach with a genuine interest in supporting children’s individual needs.
