The Opportunity

Joining one of the largest Banking & Finance teams in the country, you will have excellent exposure to a wide range of matters and the supervision and support of experienced lawyers.

The Banking team advises a regional, national and international client base, including financial institutions, major banks and asset-based lenders and borrowers.

You can expect to be working on a variety of high quality matters affecting your banking and finance clients, including some real estate finance.

You will be given direct client contact from the outset but with the support of your colleagues. There will be plenty of opportunity to learn the skills that will help you to develop your career as a specialist Banking lawyer.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have spent time working within a Banking team during their training. Other complementary (although not essential) experience would be Corporate, Insolvency, and Real Estate/Real Estate Finance.

The team is keen to recruit an individual with not only the building blocks of a great Banking lawyer but also someone who is clearly passionate about developing a career in this area of the law.
