Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support) | Harrow, HA3 | £90-£105 per day | Immediate Start

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in the Reception Class with physical disabilities at a welcoming primary school in Harrow, HA3. This role is available for an immediate start and offers a long-term opportunity.

• Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with physical disabilities, assisting with mobility, personal care, and classroom tasks.
• Working closely with the class teacher to ensure the child is fully included in all activities.
• Adapting classroom materials and activities to suit the pupil's individual needs.
• Promoting independence and encouraging the child's social and emotional development.
• Monitoring progress and providing regular feedback to the teaching staff and parents.

• Previous experience supporting children with physical disabilities in a school setting is essential.
• A caring, patient, and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to helping children thrive.
• A relevant qualification, such as a Teaching Assistant qualification, is desirable.
• The ability to work as part of a team, with good communication skills and flexibility.
