What you'll do:
- Provide daily support with activities, appointments, and family contact
- Engage and encourage individuals to participate in structured activities
- Maintain accurate reports and care plans
- Ensure safety and well-being of individuals
What we're looking for:
- Experience supporting adults or young people in a residential setting
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors and de-escalate situations
- Strong communication, judgment, and record-keeping skills
- A driver's license and business insurance (preferred)
