Our client is looking for a solicitor who is client-focused and eager to work with an impressive portfolio of banking clients. The successful candidate will have qualified experience in real estate law, particularly with substantial transactional experience, and/or banking, as the role involves close collaboration with the Banking team.
The Candidate- Associate with up to 4 years PQE.
- Good exposure to transactional real estate finance matters.
- Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salary up to £90,000 dependent on experience.
- Agile/flexible working (only 2 days in the office for the right candidate)
