Sellick Partnership are working with a highly reputable Local Authority who are seeking Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join their friendly team for an initial 6 month period with a strong view for extension.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced local authority lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team.
The duties of this role will involve;- To provide high quality. timely legal and commercial advice to the Council
- Advising on public procurement and the new regulations
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contract
- Supporting with the delivery projects, and handling construction contracts
- Dealing with grants and other commercial documents
