In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules, ensuring they align with business objectives and best practices. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and developers to ensure a seamless deployment and successful adoption of ServiceNow.This is a future opportunity with flexible employment options.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, including planning, design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc.) based on business needs.
Manage and deliver implementation projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Develop and execute test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations and configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
Ensure the alignment of ServiceNow implementations with ITIL processes and best practices.
Continuously monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements or optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and/or HRSD.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices.
Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
