Band 3 Care Team Member or Nursery Nurse

You will work as part of the care team, caring for children with complex needs or sick children, and theirfamilies, alongside experienced and nursing staff members and as part of the wider multi-disciplinaryteam. You will participate in the day-to-day care of patients and to offer support to the families, andparticipate in personal training and development, attending all relevant training courses asrequired/identified by the Clinical Lead.
You will be expected to always maintain confidentiality (working with the Data Protection Act), ensure the house is prepared for admissions, sharing responsibility forcleanliness and other domestic tasks, and share responsibility for the smooth running of the House inproviding a suitable and safe environment for the physical and psychological well-being of patients,families, visitors, and staff.
