The Junior Quantity Surveyor will support the existing Commercial Team withing the business. The successful candidate will have the willingness to learn and be able to communicate well. This is a developing role and a great opportunity for the successful candidate(s) to develop a career.
- Prepare and update cash flow forecasts.
- Coordinate application, certification, and invoices.
- Assist with application and variation preparation.
- Manage retentions and Sub-Contractors.
- Assist with preparing JCRs and support PMs.
- Monitor Supply Chain KPIs and database.
- Maintain Commercial Dept. records and tasks.
- Input data for analysis.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Proficient use of excel and QS software (ross 5d) favourable
