About Us:

Rightangled is a fast-growing healthcare company delivering innovative diagnostic and treatment services. We are searching for a dedicated and resourceful Administrative Assistant to support our CEO, and the wider team. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and a strong focus on efficiency.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be French speaking (ideally native) with full RTW in the UK. You will handle a wide variety of tasks ranging from handling communications, organising documents, and assisting with general administrative tasks. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, correspondence, and document management.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Liaise with French-speaking clients and customer base.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring items are restocked as necessary.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Full RTW in the UK as the role is London based
  • French speaking - ideally native, or native standard
  • Proven experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally on short notice.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage personal errands and business tasks with equal attention to detail.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness, particularly when handling confidential information
