Recruitment Consultant

Pertemps, the UK's largest independent recruitment agency are looking for a tenacious Driving Recruitment Consultant to join the extremely busy and well-established Industrial Recruitment branch in Bristol city centre.

As a Driving/HGV Recruitment Consultant you will be joining an existing team with over 50 years recruitment experience combined, supplying drivers to leading companies in the Bristol area. You'll either be an experienced recruiter or come from a logistics background and have industry knowledge. In this position you will be responsible for:

• Business development - We value quality over quantity, you will develop relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and position Pertemps as a preferred supplier.
• Recruiting - Managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to interviewing and negotiating offers it will be your job to ensure that you place qualified candidates with our clients.
• Visiting Clients - Regularly visiting prospective and existing clients to strengthen the Pertemps brand reputation and ensure client satisfaction.

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales

• £26,000 per annum with excellent uncapped commission structure

Based in our bright and modern Central Bristol office which is based near Millenium Square, you will be joining a dedicated team working Monday to Friday 0800-1700.
