Meridian Business Support are working with one of the UK’s leading Private Healthcare providers to recruit a Home Manager for a luxury Nursing Home service in the East Essex area.
This is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Private Healthcare providers in the UK as a Home Manager. The home provides around the clock care for residents living with Dementia / Alzheimer’s and variety of other General Elderly care needs.
Key skills, duties and responsibilities- A proactive, analytical, and creative leader, who can positively influence their team.
- Hiring and building a dedicated and committed team.
- In-depth knowledge of dementia care.
- Strong working history driving occupancy / Improving fees.
- Building a strong rapport with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals.
- Embedding the highest standards of care
- Preferably NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience - Desirable but not essential
- Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management
