As a Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include…- Preparing and presenting group profitability and cost analysis on a monthly basis
- Maintaining accurate finance records
- Leading the daily operations within the finance department
- Monitoring group performance against KPI’s
- Challenging cost centre owners on performance against budget
- Liaising with sales team to facilitate timely issuance of staged invoices on projects
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role – with some flexibility on this
- ACCA/CIMA qualified – you will look at people who are part qualified
- Proficient knowledge of accounting terminology, principles and practices
- Proven experience working with accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with staff at all levels
- Great at working under pressure and prioritising own workload
