Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a thriving school in Medway starting in September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is committed to fostering a love of learning and making a positive impact on young students' educational journeys.
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum. You will create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages the personal and academic development of each child in your class.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to help them improve.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a supportive school community.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS.Experience teaching within a primary school setting (NQTs are welcome to apply).
A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate lessons to cater to diverse learning needs.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
