Position: Information Technology Operations Engineer
Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (12 months)
Location: 10 Bressenden Place, London, SW1E 5DH (Typically three days office-based per week)
Salary: £43,000 - £48,000, depending on experience, plus benefits
Start Date: March 2025 (preferred)

Key Responsibilities: Manage essential IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across the network.

Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues up to 3rd line support.
Collaborate with schools and central support teams to deliver IT excellence.

Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

What You Bring: Proficiency in Windows OS, VMware, Linux, M365, and PowerShell scripting.

Strong background in networking (Cisco, Fortinet), security protocols, and cloud platforms (Azure).
Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and disaster recovery solutions.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, with a focus on Azure Administration.
