About Our Client

• Lead the group consolidation and statutory reporting process
• Hands on accounting with strong systems/ excel experience
• Experience of project management from Source to delivery.
• Prepare high-quality year-end accounts across multiple entities
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors, managing queries and responses
• Ensure technical compliance across IFRS/UK GAAP as needed
• Provide oversight and support to the wider finance team
• Strengthen and maintain internal financial controls
• Assist with ad hoc projects, analysis and process improvements as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Group Financial Controller should have:

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Day rate up to £575pd
• 3-6 month initial contract with potential to extend.
• Hybrid working - 3 days on site initially with flex as you settle into the role.
