Salary: MPS/UPS (£31,650 - £49,084 per annum)

We are looking for a Class Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Suffolk. This role is perfect for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a nurturing school environment with strong professional development opportunities.
About the Role:
As a Class Teacher, you will: ✔ Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons following the school's curriculum.
✔ Assess, monitor, and track student progress, ensuring all pupils receive the support they need.✔ Adapt teaching strategies to cater to the diverse strengths and needs of pupils.
✔ Set high expectations, inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
✔ Promote positive learning outcomes by fostering a culture of excellence.
✔ Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high-quality teaching.
✔ Prepare pupils for external assessments, ensuring they feel confident and well-prepared.
✔ Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies, supporting the school’s vision and values.
✔ Make a positive impact on the wider school community, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and pupil development.
✔ Provide occasional class cover when needed to support school operations.
