Are you ready to shape and elevate Haven’s social media presence? Haven, recently voted Best UK Travel Provider at The Sun Travel Awards 2024, is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead social interactions, develop a creative organic strategy, and grow positive engagement with holidaymakers and owners.Use your expertise to craft trend-driven content and build a strong influencer strategy that drives results. Be the voice of Haven, protect our brand reputation, and create a consistent identity across all channels.
Your Opportunity
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:- Leading small team in developing, implementing and managing the organic social media strategy and influencer strategy, to meet business goals
- Collaborating across functions to ensure great, relevant, on-brand content is produced
- Ensuring community interactions are positive, timely and build brand reputation and consideration, whilst monitoring social sentiment
- Managing the social media agencies, ensuring content strategy is on-brand
- Providing regular reporting and insights to drive continuous improvement
- Advanced knowledge of social media – you can demonstrate building and improving brand engagement for a direct-to-consumer brand.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok and social media KPIs
- Hands-on experience of social media best practices and content management
- Experience of supervising more junior team members
- The ability to deliver creative content and come up with fresh ideas
