Senior Solicitor/Lawyer - Locum - Bournemouth

Are you a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive with a passion for making a difference in the community? Join a dedicated team, where you’ll play a vital role in the recovery of debts owed to the client.

In this role, you will represent the client in legal proceedings as required, utilising your expertise in debt recovery. Your understanding of Probate and estate administration will further enhance our team’s capabilities. We are looking for someone who can provide creative and innovative solutions to complex legal challenges while demonstrating tact and diplomacy in various situations.

We are seeking an individual with up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and legal proceedings, who can take initiative and represent the Legal Department at all levels, both internally and externally. Your ability to deliver pragmatic, cost-effective advice and solutions to clients is crucial, as is your capacity to thrive under pressure and work with limited supervision.
