Legal Secretary – Birmingham City Centre
Team: Pool Legal SecretariesType: Full-time
Monday - Friday (35 hours per week)
Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their dynamic Pool Legal Secretary Team in Birmingham. You’ll support fee earners across three offices, working on a variety of legal matters, from private client work to corporate law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing and preparing legal documents
- Managing and updating case files
- Preparing bills and financial documentation
- Providing lunchtime reception cover

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years' recent legal secretary experience
- Strong typing, organisation, and communication skills, Dictaphone typing
- Experience with case management systems (Tikit) is a plus
