Assistant Building Surveyor
Job Profile
Our client, a Property Consultancy, based in Poole, are seeking An Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor to join them to work within their Building Surveying team, focusing on a range of commercial property. The Graduate or Assistant will be working directly alongside a chartered surveyor, while working towards completing the APC process to become MRICS qualified.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have graduated or be close to graduating in Building Surveying or similar (RICS accredited). They are also open to someone with slightly more experience at the assistant level. The candidate will also need to be local to the Poole area, hold a full driving licence and be seeking a long-term role.
