Used Car Sales Manager
At Underwoods Motoring we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our well-established, award winning and extremely successful used car dealership in Clacton.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful independent dealer group selling a wide variety of quality used cars and vans from a well-established Essex location. We are partnered with SPOTiCAR (part of the Stellantis group) providing access to a wide range of quality approved used cars with a beneficial package including 12 months Warranty, RAC Roadside Assistance and additional Brakes, Battery and Clutch cover on all vehicles.With a large group stock available including a wide variety of leading motoring brands, an extensive database of existing customers and considerable marketing activities, the right candidate will have excellent earning potential. We hold full Authorised Repairer status for Vauxhall, Ford, Skoda and Kia at the dealership.
As a Sales Manager the applicant will be a pro-active member of the dealership's management team and be responsible for overseeing and motivating an experienced team of Sales Executives.
You will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the utilisation of our CRM system (Pinnacle), following Underwoods processes and managing used car stock, as well as taking an interest in all aspects of the day to day running of a busy car dealership.
This is a challenging role and will require someone with drive and determination. The applicant should have excellent managerial skills, strong organisation and motivational skills and must have previous Motor Trade Sales Management experience.
The successful applicant must have an excellent attitude and be able to work as part of a team. They must take pride in their work, in line with the levels of excellence expected at Underwoods Motoring.
Working hours are 8:30-18.00, five days a week from Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays. Full UK driving license required.
