Litigation Manager - temporary
We are currently recruiting a temporary Litigation Manager to join us for 6 months initially.

Responsibilities- Oversee the Litigation team including 1-2-1
- Ensure the effective execution and delivery of litigation work, in particular disrepair cases
- Prepare and conduct legal proceedings brought by and against the client
- Lead on Service Level Agreements and legal work relating to high volume and/or complex litigation work and/or sensitive matters
- Excellent working knowledge of housing, disrepair, anti-social behaviour, SLAs and civil litigation practice and procedure.
- Good working knowledge of Court and Tribunal procedures relating to civil litigation matters.
- Significant experience of working in a legal practice including conducting civil litigation matters, particularly in relation to housing matters.
- Qualified Solicitor.
- Hourly rate paid via agency
