We are aiming high in Rochdale’s Children’s Social Care Service with a real focus on providing good and outstanding services for children and families in Rochdale. Our recent JTAI showed how far we have come and what a great place to practice Rochdale is.

We have increased the number of teams in our Family Support and Protection Service and as a result are recruiting to a small number of full time permanent Team Manager posts for ambitious, strategic thinking and inspirational managers who are ready to take the next step in their careers.

• You will be part of a developing service, we are embedding a family safeguarding approach with multidisciplinary teams and group supervision and we are investing in our workforce, offering everyone bespoke training in motivational interviewing.

You will be able to demonstrate how you have supported, coached or mentored colleagues, this may include students.
