Role Purpose:
The Role:In this role, you will provide essential support to our marketing team with a strong focus on coordination, administration, social media, and keeping our marketing collateral up-to-date. You will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing materials accurately reflect our brand, while also assisting with the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordination & Administration:
o Act as a central point of communication between team members and external partners, ensuring all marketing initiatives run smoothly.
- Social Media Support:
o Help update and maintain our social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication.
- Marketing Collateral Management:
o Ensure that all materials are current, on-brand, and effectively communicate our key messages.
- Campaign Support:
o Support the team in tracking and analysing campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements.
- General Marketing Support:
o Work collaboratively with internal teams to support broader marketing initiatives and projects.

Employee Screening and Eligibility to Work:
What We’re Looking For- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and experience with digital marketing tools.
- Demonstrated experience in updating and maintaining marketing collateral is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
